Life Empowering Metaphors-Series 1
More Coming Soon...
The little creature you see pictured carries more than eight times its weight and at many time we can do much more than what we set out to do. Goals should be set based upon what you truly want to do at heart. Many times we set goals that we base around just paying bills and we settle with this . We should create a different path that is rewarding, and rewards come to those who are willing to put in the work for it. Expecting someone to serve you happiness never comes, raise your standard and enjoy the process of creating the world you deserve.
The next time you realize that your hands are clenched together, ask yourself what is it that you're feeling. We naturally clench our hands when we have feelings of nervousness, anxiousness or uncertainty
If you ever notice your hands clenched, take a moment and allow them to release and at the same time take a deep breath and feel your entire physiology shift. Let go of some major tension. Maybe that tension is serving you for a moment, however your opening back up can bring a smile to your face and allow you to possibly not react to the situation next. How you react to your environment is going to be how you experience it.
Have you ever told someone, 'I wish I had time to do that?" Listen to yourself and others when this sentence is brought up. If you tell yourself you don’t have time you just told a lie because we always truly do have time. It’s only a matter of prioritizing it. The thing we need to recognize is that we usually spend much of our time doing things that are wasteful in between commutes and work. See the thing is we have developed rules which have helped us to achieve certain amounts of success in our life and then we forget that we have to change the rules in order to experience new types of growth. We need to realize that productivity is not the only thing that gives us happiness. To stop and smell the roses is a reminder that it's your journey and make the most of it. One of the things that separates a human from a machine is that it takes courage to be truly human, truly yourself. Enjoy the world around you and put less attention towards the idea you're just a productive machine.
